I have a MS CRM 3.0 client that has the following problem. He has got
the SYSTEM CUSTOMIZER role assigned to him. When he tries to change
the column widths for a view (under CUSTOMIZATION), he can change the
various sizes (e.g. 75px, 100px, etc.), but the OK- and CANCEL button
ARE NOT THERE (not greyed out, but totally gone).

I have checked that he has sufficient rights to update these views (I
logged into another PC with the same user ID, and the problem is not
there on the other PC).

He is running Windows XP SP2, IE6 (SP2).

The problem is OBVIOUSLY with IE.

Anyone got any ideas.?

Could it be the screen resolution/font issue. Are the display settings in the
control panel same in both the machines?
