You should have the following file operating -
OutlookClient.xml and then you should be able to see the
changes in Outlook as well.

Where is this file to be found on the server or locally?
I have searched on the client and I cannot find it.

Hi John,

This file is on the server eg.
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\_Resources\OutlookClient.xml. It's
possible the name of the file is
OutlookClient_sample.xml. I suggest you publish the stuff
all over again, then take a look in the OutlookClient.xml
file and see if the customizations have come over. If
they have you should be able to see the customizations in
Outlook.

John,

Great to hear that you got it working! =) Sorry if I was
a bit unclear on the renaming of the file.
