Sorry for the stupid question - and it is stupid because i've done this
before, but can anyone tell me how to add to the list of Roles in the
Customer relationship dialog?

Try:

1. Filled in all circle with green to test
2. Exit and re-open Microsoft CRM client

Thanks Frank, but I canno seem to add anything that will show up in the Role
drop downs in the dialog form.
I created a role (called Board Member - Company), it is active, that's as
far as i've got..... and I'm getting cross with myself.
