Hi,
We're based in the UK. I've configured the main CRM sections to use the
"£" symbol.

However, within the Crystal Reports section, currency is still displayed
with "$".

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!
Mike

Mike,

Make sure that you also have the right currency symbol in the registry on
the CRM server. Location: HKEY_USERS\.Default\Control
Panel\International\sCurrency\.
This is not an official solution (as far as I know) but it works fine on our
CRM system.

Regards,

Bart.

You can try log on to the CRM server as the account under which the CRM
services are running. Then try again to change the currency symbol in the
mentioned registrykey.
