    - Workflow manager, User manager in Deployment Manager I have intsalled CRM 1.2 from our msdn subscription..with Adventure works cycle license..on windows 2003 server enterprise edition, which also has MS-SQL 2000 server with Reporting Services. I can access the crm web application through IE...but when i try to run Workflow manager or try the User manager in Deployment Manager...i can't connect...i get the message saying that ...server is not responding...may not be crm server.... i tried names, ipaddress, with and without ports...no luck... i am logged on to the machine/server with Administrator account, which i used to install the crm....     - Verfying CR in bulk? I've found that anytime I make a change to accounts, leads, etc, that the corresponding reports need to be reverified to sync up the data connections. If I don't they cause errors eaither while viewing or exporting. Is there a way to resync all of the reports in bulk? We have not only the 120 that came out of the box - but another 25 custom reports. I have to open each one and verify - then resave it - and it is just taking too long.     - 'In the Next 7 Days' View Problem I have noticed recently, on two seperate CRM installations, that Opportunity Views with a filter on a date field using the conditions 'In the next 7 days' or 'In the last 7 days' no longer work. 'In the next 7 days' seems to return all dates in the future except those that are actually in the next 7 days! 'In the last 7 days' is so erratic that I haven't been able to figure out what it is doing. On both CRM servers these Views have been working for months without changes being made to them. We would like to be able to install the demo database for testing and training purposes and then when ready install our live database.     - SFO causes High CPU utilization on SQL server This recently started happening, and I am not sure why. I loaded SFO on two new laptops and attempted to go offline with each. The SQL Server is also the same server running CRM 1.2. Hi Elena -

Have you modified (added fields) to any of the objects this report queries?
i.e. Added a custom field to accounts - and the accounts report doesn't
finish or times out?

If so --- try opening up the report in CR - and verifying the database... it
was say "The database is now up to date." and then click save.

There are some documents out there in the MBS website if you need help with
the reports - but this may solve your issue.
