There are a few ways you can skin it.
1. Though contact can belong to only one account, it can be a primary
contact for multiple accounts.
2. Built-in Relationship Roles (available under Settings) allow to create
new relationships between accounts and contacts. Once relationship is set
up, account records are going to be available on a contact form under
Relationships.
3. If relationship needs to carry more information than either of the above
methods allows then you can create a custom entity and link it as
many-to-one to both contacts and accounts. Custom entity can have additional
attributes describing the relationship.
Hope this helps.
