Is there a way to close a lead if it's not qualified? I know you can do this
for an opportunity though.

Thanks

To close a lead you need to click on "convert lead" but instead of converting
it you disqualfy it, which then closes the lead.

Great. Thanks. Now is there a way to browse all previously closed leads? And
perhaps re-open them?

A view exists called "Closed Leads" which will display all of the closed
leads, you could sort this view via status to view only disqualified leads.
Alternatively you could do an advanced find to only display disqualifed leads
and save this as a new "disqualified leads" view.

To re-open a lead once closed, you need to find the lead, open the lead and
then from the actions menu, you need to click on "reactivate lead".

Wow. Great. That was easy. Thanks.

One other thing. Once we close a lead, what's a good way to ensure that
another sales person doesn't create a lead with the same company? Thanks
