Hi Ann,
Do you mean , delete the data ?.
To keep the customisations intact, use the deployment tool and export the
customisations, you can reapply them later if needed. - although re-applying
the customisation to the same server/database will clear the data unless you
mod the exported XML file - (which may invalidate your support agreement
with MS)
Using the above, you could re-create restore the DBs from a clean point in
time and reapply the saved customisations?
