i have received an error when i tried to delete a closed invoice; "the
record cannot be deleted because it is read-only"
any ideas?

With most objects in CRM, once they are closed they become read only
and cannot be deleted from within CRM. They can however be removed
from within the sql database. Warning: Tampering with the database can
cause serious damage to your MSCRM installation. Be sure you know
exactly what your doing before useing this method. Microsoft does not
support editing the database directly.
