TRying to use the marketing module we are testing the CAMPAIGNS in CRM 3.0
The CAMPAIGN ACTIVITIES (Fax and email) are created in the CAMPAIGN.
When the Activities are DISTRIBUTED they most be created in each one of the
related records (Accounts in this case) as ACTIVITIES.

The emails and faxes are not created, are not visible in Accounts, not
visible in the CAMPAIGN ACTIVITIE's "CREATED FAX or CREATED EMAILS section,
not visible in Campaign's activities "FAILURES".

The application event log of the CRM server records a 16640 event each time
the activity is (NOT) distributed:
FAILED to start process 'A06FEC80-6C61-4DFF-8D26-BB629DC898BD' for object:
(4406,{698ACE24-B7DB-DA11-9DC7-0003FF63DCB4}). Caller is 'SYSTEM'. Error
code 80048306.

THere are no workflow rules now.

The workflow Service was running.
The workflow service was running under a service account (crmadmin). I had
to change the service configuration and make it run as Local System Account.
Then the process started to work.
