How to create a calculated field !
Suppose I have a premium of Less 10% artwork from the Grandtotal field
How do I go about, I remmeber seeing this in the Implementation Guide but
can't locate the topic ...

If you are talking about Quotes & Orders, you apply a discount to either the
line items or the overal total using the default fields.

No I need to create my own customised calculated field and put it to 10%
discount and so on.

No real suport for this out of the box. There are some unsupported ways to tap
some javascript into the OnChange event for text boxes that you could do. If
you do a Google search on this group, you should be able to find numerous posts
outlining how to do that.
