Hi

One of our users is unable to close his activities because every time he
clicks on 'Close Activity' nothing happens and at the bottom of the page
there is a message stating the 'Pop-ups were blocked'.

This is really urgent as the user is unable to complete his daily activities
and update his communication with clients.

Really appreciate any assistance.

CRM cann't work without popup's so you will need to disable any popup blocker
you have. For IE 7 in the tools menu goto popup block> setting and add you
crm url to the allowed sites list.
