attribute display names

I am trying to find the corresponding display names for each attribute. I
have a case where the schema names and the actual CRM field names are very
different. I want to put a spreadsheet together with the field name from the
form and its actual database name. Which table holds the display name? I
have looked in the metabase and have not found it yet.
