Hi ALL,

I am able to synchronize outlook with CRM if i am logged as an system
administrator but if i logged on as any other user it doesnt work and an
error is displayed that the user doesnt have required 'Access & Permissions'
to do so. Can you please tell me what are those 'Access & Permissions' as i
have tried all changeds in the 'Access & Permissions' settings in CRM.

Open the Security Role that the user is assigned (Customization > Settings >
Business Unit Settings > Security Role). Click on the "Business Management"
tab. On the bottom of this tab there are Miscellaneous Privileges. The ones
you want to verify are the "Go Offline," "Sync to Outlook," and "Go Mobile"
privileges.
