Hi!

I have upgraded server and move CRM to this new one. Everything woks bun but
workflows. Thay won't run. On Workflow Monitor I have summary page bun not
details or log events. I have few paused WF and strange it seams that WF
Monitor evidente when WF starts but this WF is put in pause mode. Also, when
I run Enviroment Diagnostic Tool i get message: "Job Extreme_MSCRM.Update
Contract States could not be found in the sysjobs table.", and similar one.
OK. Sysjob is in MSDB, but this table is empty. How can I retrive this job
functions and is this somehow related to workflow functionality.

Regards, Vladimir

Hi Vladimir

To follow on from my last post the reason you get these resuts, is that the
user that owns the work flows is probably set to restricted access on your
new deployment

Hope this helps

Hi Alistaird,

Thank you for the suggestion. Thats exactly what was wrong. I did new
deployment as Domen Admin, which is CRM Admin who has restricted access. It
seems that durig the installation WF wasn't resolve this conflict and asume
that it was created with user who has restricted access (normaly I create and
change WF as Customizer). So, I give CRM Administrator (Domen Admin) full
rights in CRM and than reinstall CRM. Now everything is OK.

Best regards, Vladimir
