Hi,
I need to send email to a user (CRM) when opportunity is created. OK this is
easy but I need to use Email Template because I need to have some
information in the body of the email. This can also be done but the problem
is that it always sends to the opportunies potential customer email adress
which is by default the recipient.
I do not want to send the email to the customer and if I delete the email
adress from the account (not very clever) the workflow hangs (running). The
detail description in the log says "Object address not found on party or
party is marked as non-emailable"

Anything I am missing or any easy way to do this ?

I found that I cannot use the templates to send an email from workflow to an
internal user. All i can send is a generci text message without any details
that the templates provide. The templates only send out to external emails.
