We have just installed CRM 3.0. Previously on 1.2 we had a workflow
which updates some fields in the incidentbase table whenever a case was
created. The workflow initiates a ASP(VB Script) page which looks into
CRM tables to update some relevant data. However in testing we seem to
be finding that the workflow is initiated, but nothing is passed to the
url. it shoud be something along the lines of
...pagename.asp?case=CASE-ABC-123 etc.
The workflow is defined to pass the case parameter, but isnt.
The same asp page was used before in 1.2....and the parameter
incidentID was passed to the ASP url. That used to work fine.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Would appreciate any help on this
matter.
