I'm trying to allow a new employee access to edit workflows. I've copied:

Microsoft.Crm.dll
Microsoft.Crm.Tools.WorkflowLibrary.dll
Microsoft.Crm.Platform.Proxy.dll
Microsoft.Crm.Tools.WorkflowManager.exe
Microsoft.Crm.Tools.WorkflowMonitor.exe

With these files, everything runs fine from my workstation. However, on his
machine he gets this error:

---------------------------
Microsoft CRM Workflow Manager
---------------------------
Workflow Manager cannot start. This could be because the workflow
configuration file is corrupted, or the Microsoft CRM Workflow Service cannot
access the configuration file.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

So, I copied workflow.config, but that didn't make any difference. Any
suggestions on how I can enable other users to use the Workflow Manager?

Hi, I´ve just migrated from CRM 1.2 to 3 and started having a similar error
message at the CRM server when trying to open the Workflow Manager:

___________________________
Microsoft CRM Workflow Manager
____________________________
"Workflow Manager cannot start. This could be because workflow service has
not been started or is not configured correctly "

- I´ve checked the CRM Workflow Service and it´s up and running

- my user has administrator and customizer privileges.

- searched in the application event log of the CRM server for errors
regarding Workflow manager service but there are none.

Is there any way to check the workflow Manager configuration?

I apologize for my lack of experience.

Regards,

Javier
