One of our client's have a dodgy AD user in the CRM (v1.2) (think its been
deleted and re-added). The client shared the default contact views to the
business unit containing the user. When entering the contacts tab they get
the following error -

It also gives a Javascript error in _common/styles/select.htc, line 88
character 3 (code 0) -
'children.1.rows[...].cells' is null or not an object.
If we make the view public again the problem goes away... How can we get rid
of the dodgy user (I know they can't be deleted)?
