We're trying to set up training sessions, that our user's can register
customers into.

Each session has:
* A trainer (we're thinking scheduled via a service activity so that it
appears in their calendar too)
* A max number of customers
* Enrolled customers/contacts
* A time and date (based on the assosciated service activity)
* Not as important, but also a number of assosciated resources (e.g.
training room)
* Not as important, result in a certification (custom entity) that will be
appended to attending contact.

We think it might end up something like:
* Resource group for the trainers
* Service activity for each possible session, with a trainer from the
resource group allocated to it
* ... Possibly a custom entity for sessions to assosciate with a contact...
* ... Possibly a "service" type product for the session that the contact
will order...

How would we go about achieving this, ideally using the out of the box
entities available? Is there any third party vendor solutions for
training/seminar allocations? How much extensions do you think we'd need to
do?
