Hi
Can I use territories for grouping customers? By the way, What is the use of
territories other than that?
What is the use of having "members" in territory?

Yes you can assign an account to a territory. For instance you might have
each sales person look after their own territory and every account they own
has that territory linked. Really territories just give you another way of
sorting your data. For instance you could run a query on a report that says
group accounts by territory.
