User Display name

I have a minor issue I cannot figure out.
One of my CRM users display's as FirstName, LastName the rest as
Lastname,FirstName.
How do I get them all to display correctly?

in the organization settings of CRM you can set the full name format.

unfortunately when you change this is does not update existing
records...only newly created ones.

Change the user's name in the CRM form, save it, then change it back. It
should display the same as everyone else's after that.
