1. Use Add/Remove Programs to remove the Microsoft CRM=20
Sales for Outlook application.
2. Use Add/Remove Programs to remove Microsoft SQL=20
Server Desktop Engine (CRM). This is the application=20
preventing you from reinstalling your Client Application=20
because you have not uninstalled it yet before=20
reinstalling the client.
3. Then to delete the folder you mentioned which holds=20
the MSDE Microsoft CRM Sales for Outlook local database,=20
you must first right-click on My Computer on the client=20
machine that has/had Sales for Outlook. Then choose=20
Manage. Go to the Services area. Find MSSQL$CRM and=20
stop that service. You should now be able to delete that=20
folder.
4. Go to Start | Run. Type Regedit. Navigate to=20
HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL=20
Server.
5. Right click on the CRM under the Microsoft SQL Server=20
Key and choose delete.
6. Go to HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\MSCRM.
7. If the MSCRM Exists, delete it.
8. Restart the client machine and reinstall Sales for=20
Outlook.

Well if there is no button for that application to remove=20
it...does it exist at all under the programs currently=20
installed. It should be listed under the add/remove=20
program section if it is there. If for some reason it is=20
not listed...just continue on the uninstall steps anyway.
