In the Workflow manager under Cases, I have a rule that when met
should email the contact but it is not working. The email goes nowhere
because it can't find the contact. However within the case we have a
contact field that is populated. What can I do to get the workflow
rule to email a contact under these conditions?

Does workflow email work in general for other crm objects or just the case
object?
