Last week, I turned off the CRM E-mail Tracking Token in Settings:
Organization Settings: System Settings: E-Mail Tracking. Emails were
manually added to CRM by users and the tracking token remained absent. This
was exactly what we wanted.
Today, the Tracking Token turned itself back on. After several attempts, it
continues to turn itself back on immediately after I save the new setting.
Anyone got an idea what may be the problem?
