Yes, Microsoft CRM will only send the data you can see in the web
application. If you reduce what you can seen in the web application then you
will also reduce what is sent to the SFO client. Note that when you click go
offline you also have an opportunity to say only sync data from my business
unit. this is used when your security allows you to see multiple business
units data.
