Whenever I have an e-mail from one of my customers that contains a
screenshot from the problem (or other info in the form of images)
I track this e-mail in Outlook, then Viewing it in CRM gives me the
mail but all images are red crosses.

Clicking upon the yellow bar that states that this hazardous content is
blocked still doesn't do anything.

Where should I look for to take care of this problem?

CRM 3.0 + update rollup1
V3C client for Outlook (Office 2007)

Looking at the sourcode of the actual e-mail saved to some CRM queue
it seems that the images have been stripped from the before even sending
into CRM.

I've just created a template in CRM, copied some random www-image to it,
send my own contactperson an e-mail and tracked that from Outlook.
Whenever I view this in CRM it does show the image.

What's different from the other e-mails I have in my inbox and why
do they get stripped?
