Hello all,
I work in the medical industry, and Government regulations, HIPPA, require
that we keep track of our uses and the data they access. I know that I can
easily find out who created the record and who modified it last. But I need
more then just that. Can any one help out but providing any advice here to
these questions:

1. Is their a way of keeping track of who looked at what data and when?
2. Is their a table(s) in the CRM that keeps these records?
3. Do I need to create my own table and script to do this task?

At the end of the day I need a report that shows me who did what, and when.
I can create the report, but I need to know where to look for the data.

I look forward to all responses and is any one has any ideas or thoughts.

Thank you
godmcse

Hi,
MS CRM dont provide any such functionality. So there is no such table in CRM
to look into. But you may add such functionality through programming, using
CRM SDK.

There is an addon from c360, if you dont want develop this functionality
yourself or you dont want to get it develped from someone.

Please do click on Yes or No if this post was helpful or not.

You may contact me directly at my email address if you need any CRM help.
