Hi John,
Thanks for your response. I have created a test campaign with my own
external email address. I could then reply to that email, and the
response would show up in my Outlook inbox. The message, however, would
not be automatically tracked in CRM as a campaign response. Likewise, I
went through the web client to send myself a simple email. I then
replied to the email, and that email never showed up in the history
section of that contact. I have opened a ticket with Microsoft and we
think the problem might stem from the CRM-Exchange Router not being
installed. Once we have this up and running, I will give it another
shot and let you know if it works.
