Anyone know what this is and what to do about it? The QC was an email blast.
There's nothing in the server logs.

Hi Jeff/Kate,
can you please specify the exact steps you followed?
* What are the permissions/roles of the user who tried to run the campaign?
* What type of activity did you try to create - e-mail via mail merge or web
client based e-mail?
* When did the error occur?
* During the QC, did you select "assign the activities to me" or "assign to
the owner of the record"?
