Hi

We have a TAPI compliant phone system, and i know we should be able to make
outgoing calls no problem (similar to making calls via Outlook contacts).
But what is needed to route CRM Incoming calls? Can CRM popup customer
information when an incoming call is being made to the CRM user?

Any information will be appreciated

You need an integration from your phone switch provider for Microsoft CRM.
Either that of you can write your own using the SDK.

In addition there are companies out there who can provide integrations for
multiple phone switches - www.genesyslabs.com
