When I go to Settings/Organization Setting/System Settings and make any
changes in any of the tabs; General, Calendar, E-Mail Tracking, etc., and
click OK, the settings do not remain and revert back to how they were
originally.
Changes just wonâ??t stick.
This seems to be the only srea that I cannot make changes.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Believe it or not, this error is related to your Reporting Services Report
Manager installation/settings. This error occurs when some if not ALL of the
following conditions are true:

1. Microsoft CRM and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services are installed
on the same server
2. The server is running Windows Server 2003 or Microsoft Windows Small
Business Server 2003
3. Domain user was specified on the Specify Security Account page when you
installed Microsoft CRM

You need to add the necessary permissions in Reporting Services Report
Manager.

On the server running Microsoft CRM, use Microsoft Internet Explorer to open
Reporting Services Report Manager. By default, Report Manager is located at
http://ServerName/Reports. If you renamed the virtual directory for Report
Manager when you installed Reporting Services, use the virtual directory name
instead.

Click Show Details.

Click the icon in the Edit column next to the folder of the target
organization.

Click Security.

Click New Role Assignment.

On the New Role Assignment page, in the Group or user name box, enter the
value of the service account name for Microsoft ASP.NET:
For English locales, enter NT Authority\Network Service.
For other locales, open the setup log file. By default, this file is
located at <systemdrive>:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Application
Data\Microsoft\MSCRM\Logs\crm30svrsetup.log
i. Look for ServerInstallInfo.AspNetServiceAccountName.
ii. Get the value in this line, and enter this value in the Group or
user name box.

Select the check box next to Publisher for Microsoft CRM.
Click OK.

Here is one troubleshooting guide regarding Reporting Services in case you
need it:

Hope this helps.
