we are setting up a number of laptops to have offline local data and have
modified the settings so that all data is downloaded rather than data
specific to the user so that they can see all customers, contacts, cases
etc.....

we want to set this up on a number of laptops though. Does anyone know of
any other way than modifying each sync rule on each computer?
Is there a registry / file setting somewhere than can be changed / imported?

Thanks,
John

This Registry key has all CRM client settings:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSCRMClient

Hi there,
thanks for the speedy reply.
I am aware of this reg key but it is more to do with whether
services/options are enabled or not rather than the configurations of the
settings.

Thanks,
John
