Sync is deleting outlook appointments!!!

We are having a problem with one user in our organization who is having her
appointments deleted in her outlook calendar once the CRM sync runs.

Basically, she schedules an appointment and invites another Exchange user.
Once the sync runs (or I manually initiate it), the appointment is deleted
from her outlook calendar and nothing inserts into herservice calendar. The
invitee receives the invitation....

Help!

Sorry folks...figured it out. In the "Mail" (control panel), she had the
Auto-archive in her list. Once I removed it, the appointments stayed in her
calendar.
