Ok, I've seen other people run into this, but it seems no-one has an answer
to it:

Symptoms:
Your "Sync Issues" starts getting clogged with entries named
"Synchronization Log" and with an error description "Error synchronizing
message...".
It happens whenever somebody else starts creating appointments and and uses
the "track in crm". You get it every time your outlook tries to sync. with
the Exchange server; on my laptop, around 2 mails/minute.
You also get a copy of the calendar entry in the "Local Failures", virtually
doubleing the number of entries.

Last time i reviewed my Sync Issues folders, I had more than 100.000+
emails, causing Outlook to perform slowly (problem with large PST files).

I'm using:
- Outlook 2007
- Exchange 2003
- MS CRM 3.0

How to reproduce:
Create calendar entry in your outlook 2007. When entry is open, click "track
in CRM" and "Set regarding". After first exchange synchronization, the sync
issues starts popping up in other peoples mails.

Unfortunately not: It seems that a lot of people run into the exact same
problem. Iâ??ve found plenty of posts and sites on the net in regards to this
problem, but alas, - no answers (some suggest we should fix it by changing
the security by applying full rights for everybody. Thatâ??s not an option).

Not to be rude, but how can one build a piece of software which malfunctions
this gravely?

Did you install the V3C client when Outlook 2007 was installed?

If not, uninstall the old client and reinstall the new one at :
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=740E1B3B-11C3-4AEF-B2E3-8309E0CF1BB0&displaylang=en

Additional information can be found at:
