Hello,

We created a new view for our leads. We added a few more
fields to the view so we could sort things a little
differently.

However, when we qualify a lead as a contact, they do not
move off the Lead status screen and the status reason code
says they are qualified. If we go to one of the canned
status views like "active" or "all" leads, they are gone.
Exactly what we need on our view.

Can anyone give me some directions on how to resolve
this. Thanks in advance.

Ben,

When you create/edit a view, there is an option in the right-toobar called
"Edit Filer Criteria". You need to add a condition to the view Field:Staus,
Condition:Equals, Value:Open.

Thanks Stephen!

That was exactly it. What was strange was I was the
option to edit the view filters wasn't there. I had to
delete it and start over.
