Hi,

Is there a lot of data transferred while accessing CRM?

We have a customer that is complaining of slow performance when accessing
CRM over a VPN connection. He has tried 2 different high speed Internet
connection with the same result.

He has no CRM performance problem at his office!

He's using Symantec as firewall. Could it be an issue?

Any idea ?

Thanks in advance.

is he using the web client or the outlook sfo client? For the purposes of
testing have him briefly disable the firewall...try to access over vpn then
turn it back on.
