Sharing Contacts

Hello,

When we go offline and our contacts sync with outlook,
eveyone needs to see what has been entered regardless of
who entered it (the contacts owner). Does anyone know
how to make this possible without having to assign a
sharing to each contact? So I guess what I want to do is
remove the distinguishing of owners?

Any recommendations?

you need to change your security roles to give everyone global system access
to contacts
