I'm aware of it that I can't create service objects (e.g. case, contract)
while I have only Sales license. But I'm wondering, whether I'll see cases
from the record level (in Account record type - Cases side tab) registered by
service user ??? And whether I'll even see Cases tab in Account record ???

Yes, you will see the Cases tab on the Account or Contact detail pages and you
will be able to view the cases.

Thanks a lot!

But what about priveleges? I would have to have privilege Read for Case to
view the cases...is it possible to set up such privileges in sales license?
