I see in the help documentation that there are four levels of security for
running reports. Admin, Executive, Manager and User

Where is this configured? I cannot find it in the security role settings.

We need to give salespeople access to reports on the contacts, leads,
accounts, activities and opportunities -- but only their own and not others

The Microsoft CRM 1.2 reporting system works with the CRM security system.
It will only report on data a user can see in the Microsoft CRM solution.
