Here's my scenario:
Starting in SFO, I click the "CRM Appointment" button and schedule an
appointment for my boss. This sends an invitation to my boss. He accepts the
appointment. At this point, the appointment is not in his CRM calendar. He
takes his SFO offline and then back online. The appointment still is not in
his CRM calendar, although it is in his Outlook calendar.
I would like to be able to just schedule straight through CRM for him, but
as I understand CRM, you can not schedule for other users.
