I've currently got Sales for Outlook working fine for my installation. I
have since tried to do another installation on another computer. The
installation is fine, and sales for outlook seems to work fine until, the
user tries to go off-line. At this it says that is initialising, nothing
happens for about 5 minutes then the user ends up off-line. No records have
been copied across, and the contacts and everything else within CRM are then
inaccessible because an error message appears.

When trying to go back on-line a message of the following appears:
"An unknown error has occurred. Please retry if this fails please contact
your system admin (something along these lines)".

If anybody has any ideas about where I could get logs about what is going on
it would be much appreciated, and if anybody knew of cases like this and
solutions it would be great. I have tried re-installing but to no avail. I
have also tried with SM not running the users own personalised DB. I'm kinda
running out of ideas.
