1GB RAM
80GB HArd Disk SATA
40GB ATA

will i be able to install CRM 3.0 under This Hardware Architecture

You will be able to install CRM 3.0.

SCSI is recommended for performance. It all depends on how many users
and how much CRM activity you expect to have.

With the specification of server that you mention I wouldn't expect it
to support much more than 5 or so simultaneous users. But of course,
it totally depends on how much the system is used.

Actually where the disk array is needed is on the db server. The CRM Web
Server is pretty light and does not need a RAID 5 array for performance.

SCSI is not required.

This server spec should be fine for 15-20 users if the only thing you are
runing on this server is CRM.

Your first bottleneck would probably be processor - hyperthreaded, dual
core, or dual processors can alleviate that.
After that your bottleneck would be memory.

As long as you have enough RAM, the web sever should not be accessing the
disk much after the first load of each page.

I would invest in more RAM before faster disks
