I have rules I have created and only the admin user can process the instance.
Right now I have a manual rule that waits "if a pick list is changed from yes
to no then e-mail manager."

If I login to CRM as the admin user and select yes the rule fires fine and
e-mail is sent. If I login in as a user the rule stays in a waiting status
in the CRM Monitor. I then have to right click on the instance, select
properties and then pause and retry and the instance completes.

I did login as a user with administrator rights and created a rule and tried
to run it but the process will still stay in a waiting status no matter what
role the user has. Any rules I create with a user account with administrator
rights my admin user can run and process. Anyone else the process stays in a
waiting status.

My configuration is CRM 3.0 on one server and SQL 2000 on another server. I
have even mirrored my AD user rights with the Admin user in AD and then
logged into CRM with the same role as the CRM admin user. All processes still
stay in a waiting status even though I have the same rights everywhere as my
admin user.

I have read you can't create rules with the original admin user in CRM and
expect them to run. My problem is I can do that but no other user can no
matter how many rights I give the user. Any ideas? It's almost like a rights
issue somewhere but I can't seem to find it?
