nope. another work around is to redeploy your organization and rename the
database to your newly desired organization.

You can change it in the database directly, BusinessUnitBase

Urgh - Pay attention to the "usual terms and conditions apply" - this can
have serious affects on the system - including SRS when done....

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know why exactly business unit
names can't be changed? It seems like that should be a super-easy
change in a relational database...
