Top level Biz unit is called National under it are
central, east and southwest. Each of the child bizunits
have members and the National has others. Accounts are
assigned based on the territory ( biz unit).
The problem is this : the acct is assigned to the east
biz,the user is in the East BU, BUT he can flip his view
to see ALL accts even at a national level.
The user has read in his biz org in the matrix.
