Hello, I have small company with 7 employees. Before 2 weeks I have SBS 2003
premium system with Microsoft Dynamic CRM 3 small business edition. My server
has stolen and I have SQL backups only. Now I have 2 virtual machines, first
with SBS 2003 standard edition and second ready for Microsoft dynamic CRM 4
installation with Microsoft 2003 server R2 and SQL 2005 SP2. Is there way to
restore all my data from CRM 3 to new CRM 4 server without active directory
and others stuff backups?

The proposed steps would be:
1. Restore the backed-up CRM database on your new SQL Server 2005
2. Perform a redeployment of the MS CRM 3.0 system in order to map your
users in the restored database with the new ones in your new environment.
After that, you should have a running MS CRM 3.0 system
3. Perform an update installation of MS CRM 4.0

Regards,

Robert
