AdvancedCRM,
The Sites feature was created to limit what locations the resource
(equipment or user) can be scheduled for, based on a specific work place.
To support this notion of sites, the resources have a site property that is
checked by the Service's Resource Selection Rule.
The Site should not be confused with Location, which is a field on the
Service Activity form that can be used to indicate the actual location the
work is performed.
For your use, try using the Location field for the client address where the
work is actually performed. In your Service Resource Specification, use the
"Any Site" option. You should not need to remove the site setting from your
resources, and unless you actually want the site property to be used, don't
fill in this field on the Service Activity form.
