I get an Acces denied when trying to access to reports or some CRM Setup
features
even when I log as the administrator
However when I go tho the reports site directly through WEB interface, I can
Access
them
what am I missing?
For the momment I have not configured SSL for authentication to the SQL
server
and both servers are in the same domain
the SQl server Services are handled by the user network
Thanks for any support

You say "both servers," i.e. more than one. The case of two servers
requires trust for delegation to be set up, see:

A call to product support is probably worthwhile then. Since you tried all
the steps in the article and it still doesn't work, you may be running into
an edge case that will be difficult to diagnose over a newsgroup.
