I have created a user within CRM 3.0 and added them to the roles Sales
Manager and Marketting Manager
When they click on the Reports option within Workspace, no reports are
displayed. As a sysadmin they display for me. Where have I gone wrong ???

Thanks

The group will be located in the Organisational Unit you installed MSCRM
into. It will be accompanied by three other groups:

PrivUserGroup{GUID}
SQLAccessGroup{GUID}
UserGroup{GUID}
ReportingGroup{GUID}
